Genzon Shipping Policy

All genzon purifiers, and other products are shipped within 48 hours under normal circumstances, however, shipping delays may necessitate a delay in dispatch. Genzon will always do their best to accommodate all customer orders in the shortest timeframe.

Depending upon a number of factors, your order will be shipped by Australia Post or Fastway Aramex.

Australian Orders

Orders over $250 are shipped for free within Australia.
For orders less than $250
Up to 3kg is $12.50
Over 3kg is $18 

International orders

Orders over $400 are free
For orders less than $400
Up to 10Kg is $40
Over 10kg is $80
