If you're not completely satisfied with your Genzon purchase, return it within 30 days for a full refund. No questions asked.
How to Return
To initiate a return, please contact our team at info@genzonwater.com or call 1300 188 087 with your order number. Please contact us for return instructions. Items must be returned in their original packaging and in the condition they were received.
Refund Processing
Once we receive your return, refunds are processed within 3–5 business days. The refund will be applied to your original payment method. Please allow an additional 3–5 business days for the funds to appear in your account depending on your bank or card provider.
Faulty or Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 7 days of receipt with photos. We will arrange a full replacement or refund at no cost to you.
Filter Replacements & Consumables
Filter cartridges and consumable items (ceramic filters, carbon blocks, mineral stones) that have been opened and used are not eligible for return. Unopened consumables may be returned within 30 days in original packaging.
